Who we are

TitanBooks is provided by Titan Books ("we", "us"). By using TitanBooks you are contracting with Titan Books and agree to these terms. If you keep using the service, you accept these terms.

The service

TitanBooks lets you track working hours against an hourly rate and turn them into printable invoices. Hour tracking is free. Invoices and printing require a paid TitanBooks Pro subscription.

Your account

  • You must be of legal age, or have authority to act for the business you represent.
  • Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including:

  • using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or for spam;
  • infringing anyone's intellectual property;
  • interfering with its security, for example malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or getting around technical limits;
  • reselling or redistributing the service.

Ownership

Titan Books owns TitanBooks and all of its software, documentation and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under your plan. Your hours and invoices remain yours. You let us store and process them only so we can provide the service.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

TitanBooks Pro costs $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year and renews automatically until you cancel. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial, once per person. If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Payment, billing, tax, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

Service level

We work to keep TitanBooks running well, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using TitanBooks at any time. When your account ends, we delete your data within a reasonable period.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using TitanBooks after an update, you accept the new terms.
