How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. When you close your account, or the data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous. We only keep it longer when the law requires it, for example tax records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We respond to requests within one month.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and per-account data separation.
Cookies and storage
TitanBooks uses only essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your work. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
